We will keep you constantly updated on status of your shipment right from the suppliers warehouse to agents warehouse, flight booking, and airfreghting up to arrival at airport. For all Airfreights, if you avail all the required promptly and provide Duty and VAT payments as soon as requested, we will deliver your shipment to your warehouse within 48 hours which is stipulated storage free period.
Regarding Sea freight we will keep you informed on day-to-day progress of your shipment from supplier’s warehouse to port of destination. All necessary shipping documents and Duty/VAT payments should be surrendered to us five days earlier to facilitate clearing before vessel docking. We promise give fully personalized service that meets the professional requirements of our clients during the freight movement period.
